Ah, the old leap year birthday thing. I honestly didn't know who Howard Tayler or Antonio Sabàto were. (Sorry, I don't watch General Hospital.) But other public figures like Rep. Bart Stewpak (of recent health care/abortion notoriety) and UCLA law prof/blogger Eugene Volokh also fit the bill.
Did you also know that there is a set of four siblings from Norway who were all born on Leap Day? All four Henriksen siblings were born on February 29, which is only a little more shocking than the fact that the Henriksens had so many kids in the first place, given Norway's negative fertility rate.

Good job, Peter! I confess, I thought of it when I found out that Howard was born on Leap Day, but I had to do some digging to find a third person.
